Warwick Farm Racecourse, run by the Australian Turf Club, is set on 380 acres which includes five different training tracks, including two turf surfaces, sand and a pro-ride surface. The facility has excellent options for training such as Riley’s Paddock, Polo Fields and the Bullring sand track for conditioning work.
The leafy areas and riding trails alongside the river provide a relaxed atmosphere and rural feel within a metropolitan training centre. Additionally, there is a equine swimming pool for daily use, which is a valuable low-impact training tool. Jump outs are held weekly on either the pro-ride or course proper tracks and are a great education tool for young horses, before they head to official barrier trials.
Our boxes are well lit and ventilated, with a horse walker in the yard and access to a treadmill. Annabel regularly takes her horses to the beach as she strongly believes in incorporating this into their recovery. We have access to a number of high quality spelling farms within a close proximity to Sydney, so when the horses are in the paddock for a break Annabel can keep a close eye on them and know they are being looked after with the upmost care.
